The room can also be offered on a short-term basis for those needing a stop-gap. All bills are included.

The lounge is large, cosy and comfortable, with a huge corner leather sofa, cushions, rugs, throws, books, plants, and a large flat-screen TV. Double doors lead on to a large balcony with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for breakfast al fresco or a late night glass of wine.

The flat is furnished to a high standard and is in a secure building with an intercom entry system. For car owners, there is free street parking outside.

Rotherhithe is the perfect location for somebody wishing to benefit from a safe, quiet & tranquil spot in the middle of London. We are a 2-min walk from the old historic village of Rotherhithe with its charming cobbled streets and the famous Mayflower pub. The Thames River Path runs directly behind the apartment and is perfect for a jog.

Rotherhithe tube station is a 5-min walk, with Bermondsey and Canada Water tube stations (Jubilee Line) about a 10-15 minute walk. Buses pass in front of the flat to and from London Bridge, Waterloo and Victoria, with a night-bus service for safely getting home after dark.

London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Borough Market and Greenwich are all within a 10 minute bus ride.

Next door we have great pub/restaurant with a heated outside deck overlooking the river, and there is a 24-hr Tescos, new library, shopping mall all within a 15 minute walk - a couple of smaller convenience stores just down the road. Area also offers a 5-screen cinema, a large indoor heated swimming pool and gym, a doctors surgery, and the gorgeous Southwark Park at the end of the road.
