Big double at lovely Docklands

Hello Lovely People,
I am renting a sunny double room in a super cosy and tranquil space. Bathroom is newly refurbed with the most amazing walk-in-shower. Kitchen is always kept clean, with new fridge and washing machine. Building is from 2008, so you never hear neighbours and it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have a communal garden which is always kept nicely landscaped. There is also a concierge and a parking space in a garage(paid extra).

*Location*
- Right next to IFS Cable Car which takes you to North Greenwich in 10min.
- 7 mins to Custom House (Elizabeth Line)
- 5 mins to Royal Victoria (DLR)
- 15 min walk to Canning Town (Jubilee Line)
- 25 min walk to London City Airport

*Area*
Nisa (next to the building entrance), Tesco (2min), Morrisons (superstore, 15min walk), ExCel (200meters), Food Market daily (100meters)

*Room*
The room will be fully furnished but please do make it your own. You will have walk-in closet, desk, chair, mirror and two lamps. Room is roughly 16m2.

*Roomies*
You will be living with me, Martina, 32, architect and flat owner. Croatian native, but I worked and lived all around the world. I bake sourdough every week, trying to keep plants alive, started Krav Maga, but also hoping to pick up yoga and salsa again. Love hiking so you will find me wandering out of London during the weekends. I am a vegetarian and a foodie so fridge and cupboards are always full of food. I love to hang out but I also like to curl with the book and just be a couch potato.

*Move-in Date & Price*
* The moving in date can be few weeks flexible, but ideally I would like to find somebody from mid June. Room is available from 2nd of June.
* £900 per month with all bills included + 900£ deposit which is placed in Deposit Protection Scheme

- Decent human being
- Lived with other people before (I do not need to remind you that it is not okay to just leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight, or bring home a party of 5 at 11pm on Tuesday)
- non smoker
