Wonderful Student Accommodation in Central London

The replacement student needs to be a full-time student studying at a publicly funded university based in London. The ending date is fixed at 31/8/2024 yet we can discuss about the starting date.
Surrounded by multiple gardens and parks, Handel Mansions provides a relaxing and quiet living space with the convenience of central London location. Next to the Brunswick Centre containing Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco, shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. There are several museums(The British Museum!) in less than a mile of the accommodation and it is also quite near the Russell Square, King's Cross/St. Pancras and Euston station, making it easy for you to get to any place.
The room is a medium single shared one with a small double bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, pinboard, small bin, drawers, shelves, and wardrobe. Albeit sharing the kitchen and bathroom with another person, it is spacious enough. It comes with a cooker, oven, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and cupboards. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub with a shower curtain, mirror and toilet.
As for a student, it is only 15 minutes' walk to UCL, LSE and 10 minutes to SOAS and Birkbeck. Here you will meet both undergraduate and postgraduates studying a mix of courses from London’s many universities which always promotes a friendly and diverse environment for socialising.
For some personal reasons, I will leave the UK by the end of June approximately and decide to find a replacement student. My roommate is really a nice girl and we get along very well. Considering her opinion, the new rent should be female.
The price for 24/25 has rised to 266.63 pw but you just need to pay 256.38 as set in my contract. We will finish the process through official ways supported by the hall management team.
