Amazing room in Bloomsbury/Russell square

Hi there,

We are two guys both professionals working full time. We are looking for a third person, tidy, quiet, easy going and trustworthy, ideally aged between 35 – 55, non smoker, and No Student. If you don't meet this criteria, no need to apply.

We have a decent size single room available (2. 30 x 3 meters), it has a double mattress, a big shelving and a desk, which can also can be added to all or removed. There is a big window on one of the sides facing a garden.

This is in a nice three-bedroom flat with a large sitting room (5. 6 x 3. 8 metres), off Lamb's Conduit Street (a lovely, largely pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants and bars), post code WC1N 3LX. It also has a nice big kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Rent is £500 per month plus bills (gas and electricity around £45 a month, £10 monthly for cleaning) payable in advance before the start of each month. The deposit is £630, payable when you move in. We also pay a building insurance amount still to be determined for next few months.

We’d prefer a longer-term let (6 months or more), but we’d also consider shorter-term lets.
