In the lovely area of Sands End with one other person and 3 gorgeous and friendly cats so person must love cats and be up for snuggles with them.

The room has a desk, double bed, wardrobe, love seat and chair. There are also two very large Areca Palms and other plants which are resident in the room and won't be moved. If you don't like plants in the bedroom then unfortunately this room isn't for you.

Kitchen and bathroom is shared along with access to a small garden.

I’m a holistic practitioner and yoga teacher so ideally would like to have someone with similar interests. I host retreats around the world, this year in Costa Rica and Egypt. My home is my sanctuary and often burn incense and resins.

I host online courses in the evening and sometimes have distant reiki clients so someone who is also respectful of these times and quiet is a must.

The flat is in the beautiful area of Sands End, Fulham so excellent transport links including Imperial Wharf a 10 minute walk away; depending on how fast you walk. An award winning park and a 15 minute walk to Kings Road.

Other transport links are Wandsworth Town a 10 minute walk away with all the restaurants and cafes and if you walk over Wandsworth Bridge you can walk along the river to Battersea Park.

It’s a stunning area to live and generally quiet with the flat being imperfectly perfect and has a beautiful energy. I've held many energy sessions here and people never want to leave.

I’m looking for someone quiet, this is not a party place, rather somewhere to rest and relax. So not for you if you want to socialise at home.

This is strictly a Monday to Friday Let for £850 per month.
