New built 1-bedroom flat on the 8th floor is available to take over from the 1st of July. I have to move out due to unforeseen circumstances but otherwise, I would have loved to stay longer.
The building has a 24-hour concierge and security, a residents' gym, a residents' lounge, a residents' kitchen, a parcel room, a bike storage, a pool table, and 2 rooftop terraces. If you would prefer to go to a commercial gym there is a PureGym in the building as well.
The flat has a balcony and is facing south-east. As there are no tall buildings around you can have an undisturbed view of the beautiful sunsets just from your balcony. (The golden hour in the flat is also something that's worth mentioning.)
The flat is a 3-minute walk from a big Tesco and a 2-minute walk from Sainsbury's local, but there is also a Lidl, an Asda Living, a TKMaxx, and a Boots within a 10-minute walk. There is a bigger Sainsbury's and a Morrisons that are less than 10 minutes on a bus.
The flat has an amazing connection to Central London. Victoria tube station is just right across the road (less than a minute walk) so getting to King's Cross takes less than 10 minutes door-to-door. There are also plenty of bus stops just a minute's walk from the flat and the Overground stating is also just around the corner.
The Resident's Team is really nice and helpful and if you have any maintenance issues they resolve it on the same day most of the time.
