Bright Double Room (bills included) with Garden

1 double room with ample storage and a queen size double bed. The room has big windows for natural light and faces the garden. The room is on the upper floor of this house. The upper floor has its own toilet and bathroom which is shared by 2 people. (I have mine downstairs)

House and common areas:
The house has been recently refurbished with all the modern cons. It has a private garden which is accessible to everyone. All the toilets and kitchen are modern.
The kitchen has all the modern cons like Dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, nutribullet etc. There is no living room in the house.

Housemates:
You will be sharing the house with one other housemate which includes sharing the bathroom on the upper floor.
I live on the lower floor and usually I am away for travelling and during this time period I rent out the room on Airbnb. You will not share any space with the guests except the kitchen and occasionally the garden.
I love to travel and practise Ashtanga Yoga (happy if you want to join me, it is amazing in summer in the garden).

Location:
The house is 5 minutes from Shadwell station, 7 minutes to Wapping station and 10 minutes to Limehouse station. There’s a bus stop right next to the house as well.
You can walk to Tower bridge in 20 minutes and Canary Wharf in 25 minutes. 10 minutes to city and Canary Wharf by tube.
There’s also a park right next door and the house is in a safe location.

Money:
£950 covers all bills and rent except monthly clean. Deposit is £1000.
