We are looking for someone interested in sharing our four bedroom flat with us.
We are professionals in our late 20's / early 30`s, working in London, would like to live with someone friendly to be able to catch up for a drink and a chat sometimes. We are looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the flat as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have, rather than somebody looking for a short term hotel.
We like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy but we are not freak in this respect.
Single bright room double bed furnished. The flat is fully equipped: washing machine-dryer dishwasher... with nice and new furniture, must see!
We have a large kitchen with lounge, one bathroom with toilet and an extra toilet too!
The house has a massive terrace as well, where when weather allows we have parties, barbecues, definitely you will enjoy it!!!
The price includes all the bills: broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax, a CLEANER twice a week and all cleaning products are included too.
The flat is well located approximately 2 min walking from Shadwell DLR station (one stop from Bank, 5 mins from Canary Wharf) 15 min walking to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Tower Hill! It`s also very close to the River Thames, Wapping, where there are amazing typical pubs and locals!
