Large bedroom available close to city centre

A large double room has become available in our secure flat. We are two graduate UCL students and have been at this flat for a couple of years as the price and distance into the city centre is great.

It's 5-10 minutes walk to Shadwell and Limehouse station with both the DLR and the Overground lines. A 22 minute cycle to Euston along the new cycle highway. There is GP sugrery opposite and both Sainsburys and Tescos a short walk away as well as many corner shops, It is a 2 minute walk to King Edward park which offers a glorious Thames view and tennis courts which we use regularly. The flat also comes with a bike garage.

The room has a double bed, Sofa, large cupbords and window and a large desk. The kitchen is simple but does the job, and looks over the balcony with its views of the shard and the London eye. Flat is always nice and warm (perks of free heating), there's loads of storage in general.

As we're students, we'd prefer another student for council tax reasons. Or if you want to pay it yourself, then we don't have a problem.
