Friendly flat share E1 - new house mate wanted

We are looking for a housemate (preferably a mature female) to share a spacious and bright 3 bedroom ex local authority maisonette flat with us. Someone who is respectful, clean and tidy.... not allergic to taking the bin out when it's full, does their own washing up and share of the weekly cleaning, that kind of thing. To share with 2 professional females who enjoy yoga, cooking, watching TV (especially the Kardashians), going out to cinema, Wiltons music hall, comedy...normal things.
The rent is not inclusive of bills, we just divide between 3 every month, and they are on average about £80. There is broadband wireless internet, massive lounge with bright windows and TV, a good size new kitchen with modern appliances, and new bathroom with electric shower.
The room is the largest in the flat and is bright and comfortable; it has a double size bed , 2 wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. It's hard to get a good picture because of the angle of the doorway and room, but its bigger than it looks in the picture.

2 minute walk to Shadwell DLR, 8 minute walk to tower hill tube, lots of buses. Near to canary Warf and brick lane. Supermarkets near by.

1 month's rent for deposit and 1 month rent in advance. 6 month minimum contract, which carries on until you give a months notice. landlord and employer references required. Non-smoking house but there is a nice balcony if you are a smoker. There is a cleaning rota in place which we would expect our new housemate to contribute to or pay for a cleaner.

No couples please, the room is for 1 person.
