This is a lovely double room (single occupancy) with lots of space and a window which leads out onto a bit of roof which I have used as a balcony. I've lived here for 3 years and love it, I'm moving out to travel.

In terms of the rest of the house there is a large living room and kitchen. 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. A washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and other usual things.

You will be sharing a house with 3 lovely people who work with dogs, theatre and advertising. It's a fairly quiet household so if you're looking for a social house, this might not be for you. We like to keep it clean but have a relaxed vibe, no rotas and all that.

The agency (DPPM) are really responsive, helpful and available when you need them.

The rent includes tax, water, electricity and gas. The WiFi is paid for separately and comes to £11 each p/m. It's really quick (I'm a web developer and WFH a lot and it works great). We also have a cleaner who comes every now and then (normally once per month) which is about £9 each per visit.
