Hi everyone, we are looking for a new housemate in our lovely house in East Acton, close to Shepherds Bush. Move in date is on or around 26th/27th May, latest 1st June (we are flexible!)

- 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet, leafy area
- Large living room and large garden with decking (perfect in the summer!)
- A loft room for extra storage
- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- Council tax band E

- Cosy double room. Included in the room:
- King size double bed
- Bedside table
- Open wardrobe

📍Location:
- 8 minute walk to East Acton (central line)
- 20 minute walk to Wood Lane (Hammersmith and City line)
-20 minute walk to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line)
- Lots of lovely parks, pubs and cafes close by

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏻Housemates:
- Aged between 24 and 28, all professional females
- Mixed between WFH and office based
- We are a sociable house who never say no to a trip to the pub, house dinner or occasional house party. We are all busy and hard working so are looking for someone who can do both!

🧍🏼‍♀️Ideal housemate:
- Aged 24-28 professional female (no students sorry)
- No couples
- Must be willing to help out with shared duties and cleaning in the house
- Like most house shares, we would like someone to move in and become a friend, not just a tenant

💰Rent, Bills & Deposit:
- Rent is £753.50, bills are around £120 so £873.50/month
- Bills includes gas, electric, water, electricity, council tax, wifi, tv licence and household shares items; toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning suppliers etc.
- Deposit is 1 x months rent so £753.50

This house is an absolute bargain for the location and size so we would love for someone to join who is thinking of living here longer term.
