Big room available in Shepherd's Bush

I'm moving out and my room will be available from the last week of May (can be negotiated but the latest should be end of May).

It's a really nice big room with king size bed, big wardrobe, new chest drawer and 2 standing shelves.
The desk, chair, and shoe racks are mine but happy to sell them for decent price.

The flat is a 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with living room and separate kitchen/dining area. All with decent sizes, something that is rare in London!

Location wise is also perfect as the flat is only 2-3 mins walk from Shepherd's Bush station and within 5 mins you'll find Westfield.
We have multiple options for supermarkets from Lidl to M&S. Bus stops are also very nearby and we have bus 94 which goes 24h.

The rent for the room is set at £775 and bills separately paid to the landlord £151 monthly. So in total you will pay £926 monthly.
We deal with our landlord directly so no agent involved.

On top of that, you only need to pay extra for internet and cleaner that will come and clean the flat twice a month.

About the flatmates, we have 2 friendly female professional flatmates and they are very lovely. Everyone has busy lives but every now and then we will catch up about our days in the kitchen while cooking.
