Hello,

I’m looking for someone to share this beautiful rented property in a quiet and safe area. I have lived in this flat for over 8 years and have shared with many lovely people over that time.


WiFi - 130mbps
Room has a desk, double bed (with storage draws beneath), wardrobe, bedside table and large chest of drawers.

Flat is fully furnished, including all kitchen gadgets and utensils.

I work from home 9 - 5, 3 days a week (2 days in office) and have my desk set up in my room.

I don't use the lounge very often, so will mainly be all yours. There is a TV.

You and I would share the flat and the rent 50/50 (bathroom is shared - no ensuite). The landlady is lovely and lives 30 minutes away. She only visits when we contact her to fix something, so she trusts us and leaves us to it.

Very central to many transport links including the
Overground (Acton Central - 15 mins)
District Line (Stamford Brook - 12 mins)

It’s very close to Chiswick High Road, Askew Road, Westfield Shopping Centre and many parks and open spaces. It’s a great neighbourhood.

Just nearby we have various big name supermarkets and Askew road has many lovely cafes and quality local shops.

I’m a very easy housemate.. Clean, tidy and often in my own room relaxing, or out and about with friends.

We have a small back garden that is shared with the neighbour downstairs.
