Due to our lovely flatmate relocating back home , 1 furnished double room is now available from May 21st onwards for a flexible move in date within a spacious house located in the heart of trendy Shoreditch just opposite St Leonard's hospital. We desire to keep the house gender balanced so would prefer another male.

Currently we have the following people within the house:

2 Females (Guatemalan , Portuguese ) - One is a professional within the marketing sector which involves a lot of travelling abroad , enjoys tennis and likes to keep fit whilst the other works in Tech , likes to unwind with a glass of wine and is a keen baker.

1 Guy (New Zealander ) - Works in Design and is very bubbly whilst enjoying communal activities such as cooking and hosting dinner parties whilst also being in to sustainability,

All flatmates like to keep a clean household whilst socialising but respecting everyone’s privacy.

Please note there are no silly fees (TENANCY, ADMIN ETC) to pay as our landlord is quite good and we are not agents so all you will pay is 1 months rent in advance and 1 months deposit.

The house has 3 floors and its own gated front porch (Perfect for Bikes). It also features 2 bathrooms , one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. Both bathrooms within the property feature quality fixtures and fittings with the main bathroom including a separate power shower.

The design features an open plan kitchen and TV/living area with sofas which we all utilise without it ever getting too busy.

The house features excellent transport links only being just 5-10 minutes walk away from Saturday & Sunday markets such as Brick lane and Hoxton. Most amenities are 4-5 minutes away such as Sainsburys , Tesco express and various others shops / cafes.

Liverpool street underground station is 5 minutes away by bus whilst the house is 3-4 minutes minutes walk away from Hoxton underground station furthermore the house is located adjacent to bus stops that service the following routes going in either direction:

The double room pictured comes furnished consisting of a Bed ,wardrobe and bedside table. The room is larger than pictures do it justice and can accommodate different furniture or layout if desired. We are happy for anyone to bring their own furniture if they wish though some discussion will need to take place..
