We have 2 fully furnished double rooms available in our 4 bed Shoreditch flat.

Both rooms have lots of storage with a walk in wardrobe, under the bed drawers, desk of drawers and shelves above the bed. Both rooms have a desk and a chair so great for working from home or studying.

The kitchen area has all the facilities you need plus a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. It also comes with a TV that you can use.

There is a shower and toilet which are in separate rooms.

The area:
- 10 minutes walk from old street station
- 10 minute walk to Shoreditch high street where there are loads of pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants
- 5 minutes walk to Tescos
- 10 minute walk to Aldi
- Pub next to the flat that serves £5 pints, £5 aperol spritz and all day breakfast.
- 5 minutes to the canal where you can walk along to get to London fields to enjoy Broadway market and Columbia Road flower market.
- Multiple gyms such as pure gym 10 minute walk away.
- Right next to Shoreditch park
- Walking distance to Liverpool street (20 minutes). Great if you work in the centre!

Housemates:

A male and female both in their twenties. Very chilled and friendly. Both out the house quite a lot.

Move in date and tenancy length flexible. Can move in immediately or any time over summer. Option for short term tenancy until September or long term tenancy.
