The flat sits on a quiet side street of Hoxton road with loads of local shops, cafes, a pub and a Poundland right around the corner.

About the room:

It is a double bedroom and the only room on the ground level of the flat which gives lots of privacy. It has ample storage space with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage cupboard and a large desk which is great for working from home. The large bathroom upstairs is just shared with one other tenant, so there is no queue in the morning. 



About the Flat:

The flat has a large kitchen area with an induction hob, large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, washer dryer and breakfast bar. There are lots of shared kitchen tools, pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware and so forth.

You will be living with three other flatmates. Everyone has their own lives going on but when you cross paths they are always up for a chat.

Location-wise, it sits under a 10-minute walk from Hoxton overground station and just over a 10-minute walk to Old Street station. Around there you can find a large Aldi, M&S and COOP. Closer by there is a Tesco Express a Sainsbury Local, 2 Oriental supermarkets and several convenient stores.

Within 5 minutes, you walk into the heart of Shoreditch with all its funky bars, stores, and restaurants and both Brick Lane and Spitalfields market are around a 15-minute walk. The flat is also around the corner of Shoreditch Park which is great during the summer days and the Regents Canal is close by for a Sunday stroll to London Fields, Victoria Park or Angel.

The technical details:

The room is available from the 27th of May.
Rent is 1050 PCM with all bills included.
Weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent as well.
Deposit is 1050 GBP
You will sign a year contract with the Landlord directly.
Landlord is private, so no agency is involved and they are quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
