Big & airy house with terrace w 3 professionals

We’re looking for a 4th person to come live with us in our 4 bedroom house on Bethnal Green road (Shoreditch/Brick Lane side). It’s a super short walk to Shoreditch High street, which gets you straight on the overground and DLR but is also walking distance to Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green station, Cambridge Heath station and Old street station. Our house get you around door to door via buses (8, 388, 149 etc).

A bit about the house and the room: the bedroom is on the top floor - pics are attached in the post. We have a balcony that gets sun until sunset (many a brunch & nibbles are consumed on it ☺️). Our living room is open plan and the kitchen looks out onto it (many a movie are watched here on a cosy Sunday). Of course, more than happy to show you around if the pics / short description sounds like it might suit you!

A bit about us: in the gaff it’s myself, Bea and Flora and we’ve lived in this lovely home for over 2 years. We often cook and eat together (partial to mimosas in sun, roasts, and bars nearby too!). All 3 of us have office jobs (so do love routine through the week and try to be mindful of each other’s schedules / big deadlines or whatever). We do work from home a few days a week (but the house is pretty big so we are all mostly out of each other’s way unless whipping up some lunch or hanging after work). If that sounds like a bit of you, we’d love to meet to see if it’s a decent match.

Move in date asap but flexibility there where required. £1145 excluding bills. Hit us up!
