Massive Double Room in the heart of Shoreditch

My flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend so looking for someone to replace him!

About the Flat / Room:

The room itself is a massive double room with built-in storage and an ensuite. It gets a great amount of natural light and there’s more than enough space to have a desk. It’s also located towards the back of the flat so relatively quiet / not disturbed by the front door & outside hallway.

There is a large common area (kitchen + living room combined) which is a great place to read/chat/etc.

The flat is located off of Curtain Road, so there are plenty of bars / pubs / cafes etc located nearby. Despite being in quite a busy area, it sits on a side street so it’s much quieter than you would expect.

I’m a 25 year old working in finance. I like to play sports on the weekends and go to the pub and enjoy a pint with some friends.

I’m looking for another working professional - someone who is relatively clean and respectful.

Including bills, rent is approximately 1800 per month.
