The room

I have lived here for the last year and a half, but I’m moving out with another friend. The room itself is very spacious with a large built in wardrobe, it also comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

The house itself is modern and in great condition. There is a separate living room as well as a large eat-in kitchen with room for another sofa. There’s one bathroom and an additional toilet.

Flatmates

You’ll be living with Martha, Sam and Adler - Martha and Sam are both professionals and Adler is currently studying medicine.

The room will suit someone who is looking for a social house and would be keen to head to the pub or cook dinner together, but equally everyone is very respectful of each others space.

Bills

No bills are included but they come to around 100/150 per month (more expensive in winter).

The deposit is £911.53 and you’ll need to have a credit check & all the usual stuff.
