Bedroom in sociable Shoreditch/Hoxton flat

We have a room in our lovely flat in Shoreditch (because our flatmate is moving out two months before the rest of us are.) The price is £800 per month, including bills.

We are all professionals - one journalist (Joshi Herrmann, Evening Standard), one media entrepreneur (Jack Rivlin, The Tab) and one banker (Frankie Brown, Investec). We're all friends and the flat is very friendly.

It is a really nice room, next to a bathroom, with a wooden floor and original exposed beams. The house is an old town house. The room has a single bed.

The area is great - right in the heart of East London. We are on Hackney Road, two minutes walk from Columbia Road (with its flower market on Sunday) and Broadway (food market on Saturday morning). The Sebright Arms (Michael Fassbender's local) is round the corner..

The nearest tube is Bethnal Green, with Old Street a bit further. We are incredibly well located for buses because there is a stop outside the front door which has buses to central (Oxford St in 30 mins), London Bridge and Waterloo. We're a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus from the city.

We are looking for someone two move in for two months - in November we are moving somewhere else with another friend.

The price (£800) INCLUDES bills (utilities, council tax, tv license, BT Vision TV with sky sports and BT sports and fast broadband.)

Message us to arrange a viewing this weekend (16th/17th August). The move in date is August 27th (can be a bit flexible) and we want to have found someone by about Monday (19th). We can do viewings on Saturday between 10am and 2. 30, and 4 till 7ish, and most of Sunday.
