A room is available in our lovely home and we are looking for a new person to move in from the 23rd of February 2015

The house has 5 big rooms 2 toilets and a very spacious living room. Also with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room to rent is very spacious, it has a
double bed and is fully furnished along with bed and built in storage. You'd have your own en suite and french windows that open out onto the balcony.

The flat has big windows throughout, lots of natural light, and has recently been refurbished.

We live in a gated community in the heart of Shoreditch, just off Brick Lane.

£700 per month, around £50/60 maximum for all bills.

Location:

4 minutes walking to Shoreditch high street station (Overground)

15 minutes walking to Old street station, Liverpool street station, Aldgate east station and Bethnal Green station

1 minute walking to Brick lane, local shops and restaurants

2 minutes walking to bus 388 and 8

Although the flat is close to shops restaurants and basically everything you need, the street we are on is reserved and quiet.

We are currently 2 girls and 2 guys (29-39). We are a laid back, fun loving bunch, share a lot and often spend time together. However we respect each others space, peace, privacy and are not party animals (most of the time!) but we enjoy orginising dinners and gatherings.

We are looking for someone who will treat the place as a home rather than digs, and be a real part of the family.
