This Georgian townhouse is tucked into a side road just off Bethnal Green Road, with the bedroom available generous in size and with an impressive skyline view of the City. As well as having 2 bathrooms, the spacious kitchen leads into the conservatory - and a nice big TV! Laid back housemates, all working hard and playing hard, but it's important that an incoming housemate is clean, tidy and contributes to the house where needed.

As for accessibility, the house is only seconds away from a Boris bike station. Or getting around London and beyond, Shoreditch High Street overground station, Old Street underground station and Liverpool Street train station are all within a 10 minute walk. Obviously, the City is very easy to get to on foot too.

Rooms are available from Sunday August 31st. Please note, there are 2 rooms and so 2 people who already know each other is absolutely fine (and might even prove better).

As for price, the £745 is paid per person on the 30th of each month and includes everything (rent, council tax, bills, fortnightly cleaner). Finally, in addition to the deposit there is a one-off £185 payment due with respect to a proportion of admin fees - essentially this is half of the original admin fee for what was a 2 year contract.
