Hi there,

we're looking for a new flatmate for our 4 person flat share in Shoreditch. The room available is furnished with a queen-size bed, a large closet and has a private bathroom. The apartment has a large and bright common room with an open kitchen solution, and is furnished with sofas, a dining table and a hi-fi system.

The flat is part of a warehouse complex which has been converted into apartments, and is located centrally in Shoreditch, with many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs less than five minutes walk away. Conveniently, the building is situated on a smaller side-street and offers shelter from the noise of the busier roads nearby.
Transportation-wise, Hoxton overground station is a 2 minute walk from the flat, Liverpool Street (Central Line) and Old Street (Northern Line) underground stations are c. 10-15 minute walk away, and there are many bus routes operating in the immediate area, offering easy and convenient access to central London, the City and Canary Wharf.

About ourselves, we are three recent university graduates in our early to mid twenties from France, Germany and Ireland who came to London over the last couple years to pursue careers in finance. On weekdays we maintain quite busy work schedules and hence flat life during that time is rather calm. On weekends we're usually out and about, doing sports, hanging out with friends and going out.
