Lovely Double En Suite 2 Bed - Shoreditch, Canal

My lovely housemate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to fill her room
The flat is split level so feels big & like a proper house, has a really lovely feel, is bright, light and airy - it has 3 balconies and is right on the canal.

It situated on the canal in Shoreditch and is in a gated community.

The bills are low as its a new build (very little heating needed, economy 7 for electric etc).

the front room is airy and spacious is also southfacing, and has a lovely balcony which is a little haven and gets loads of sun throughout the day.

The room is southfacing so very sunny, is a double and has its own en suite and built in double wardrobe. The room is unfurnished (my flatmate may be up for selling some bits)

I'm a TV production manager & jewellery designer, would consider myself a chilled housemate. Its a lovely flat to have friends visit
Am out working quite a lot, but when I'm in do like a bit of cooking & a glass of wine.

Available from mid november (this is flexible)
