It is very well located in the heart of lively Shoreditch, minutes away from markets, restaurants, shops and bars! You will never want to leave!
It is also very close to tube stations: 2 minutes away from Hoxton station, 5 minutes from Old Street station and 10 minutes from Liverpool Street station.
The property is located within a secure gated development just off Kingsland Road. There is CCTV and a 24 hour caretaker.

The flat is a 4-bedroom currently occcupied by 1 Swiss girl (25yo - student in arts management), 1 French couple (25yo - Fashion entrepreneur and in energy) and 1 French guy (26yo working in a bank).

The available bedroom is ensuite (you'd have your own bathroom accessible from your bedroom) and comes furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe.
The price is £898 per month (excluding bills)

Open-minded and easy-going, we are all very sociable. We enjoy moments together and go out often together but we also respect our independence and privacy.
