Been listed again due to recent last minute decision of two people not to take it! Room needs to be organised by Saturday as the agency plan to rent the flat as a whole!

There is a shared living space, hall way (with storage) and bathroom on the ground floor. First floor is the two spare rooms and the kitchen.

It also has a large front garden which is perfect for summer bbqs, and a private stoop (set of five steps) to enter property.

Current housemate; I am from Ireland living in London over two years. Iv been living in the house for a year with two mates but unfortunately they're moving on to other things. The house is just too good to give up so I want to find the right people to keep it on with who are sound and up for a laugh.
