The property is extremely well located on Hackney Rd right at the junction of Old Street and Shoreditch. Plenty of buses into town right on your doorstep (55, 242) as well as Old Street and Liverpool St tube station only 5-10 minutes away and Hoxton overground 5 minutes walk away. There are lots of great bars and restaurants, cinemas as well as markets close by (Brick lane, Colombia flower market etc.) Haggerston and Victoria park are also a short walk away.

This is a really great place to live if you want to be central plus the landlord is really nice too.

Rent is £200 per week and ALL bills are included (council tax, water, heat, broadband etc.) if you stay for 6 months or longer. Otherwise it's 225 pw.
