We are looking for a professional to fill a room in our spacious warehouse conversion flat in Shoreditch immediately. The flat is a sunny four bedroom, to share with three other professionals (two guys and a girl). It is in a managed building complex with onsite maintenance and a private car park.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It comes with its own private ensuite (with one other ensuite in the flat, and an additional bathroom shared by the other 2 flatmates).

The flat is situated just off the main Shoreditch triangle on a side street, 5 minutes walk from the multitude of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes that abound throughout Shoreditch & Hoxton.

Rent is £910. 00 per month plus approx £80 which includes all utilities, council tax, wifi broadband, and a fortnightly cleaner. Deposit is 6 weeks rent: ã1365.

We are laid back, considerate, clean, and like to share the occasional bottle of wine, but also have our own lives. We're looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate to join.
