Beautiful double in a terraced house

We're looking for a fourth flatmate in a beautiful bright terraced house very close to the Bethnal Green park and 7 minutes walking distance from Bethnal Green, Whitechapel and Stepney Green tube stations.

The house has four bedrooms, super large living room with separate TV and dining areas with fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom, there's a small guest toilette on the ground floor. We also have small but lovely patio on the back, indoor place for bicycles and a large rooftop for storing extra luggage or items. The house also has super fast virgin broadband internet connection.

The room is on the ground floor with direct access to the patio.

I've been in this house for more than 7 years and loving it. Some of my previous flatmates had to leave due to the current situation under lockdown, however our landlord offered 25% discount on the original rent for at least six months and the room is now available for incredible £450 pm. It's a must see and a steal for the location and that price.

The house is no smoking, but you could do that in the patio or in front of the house.
