Double room available in Shoreditch houseshare!

We have a double bedroom available in a friendly and sociable 5 bedroom house share (across 3 floors) with 2 professional girls and 2 guys aged between 25-30.

We are a sociable bunch who like to hang out in our big living room with a brew or a bottle but also have our own friends.

The area is amazing - our house is located on the famous Petticoat Lane Market (home to up-and-coming bars i. e. Discount Suit Company!) and is minutes walk from Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Columbia Road and loads of other famous markets and galleries.

We have amazing links to trains and 24 hour buses - Aldgate East station is less than two minutes walk, Liverpool Street is a five minute walk, Shoreditch High Street a seven minute walk.

The rent is £635 a month plus bills which usually come to about £75 per month (inc. fortnightly cleaner and broadband). One month’s deposit is required and £100 agency fee.

We are holding viewings on Thursday 24th April from 6pm and Monday 28th April from 6pm. The move in date is 13th May.
