Two large double rooms available in a modern, very spacious 4 bedroom flat. The flat is fully furnished with 2 large flat screen TVs, large DVD collection, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large dinner/ping-pong table, rowing machine, and large collection of baking equipment.
We are a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street, 2 minutes from Hoxton station and a 5 minute walk to Columbia Road flower market, Hoxton square and loads of bars and restaurants. The commute to Canary Wharf is very quick and the City is within walking distance, so the flat is perfect for young professionals.

The current flatmates are 4 young lawyers, 2 of which are going on secondment abroad for 6 months. We are all clean, fun and friendly (and one is a great cook). The two rooms are available from September to March whilst 2 of the the regular flatmates are on secondment. One of the rooms may be available before September on request.
