Modern, Spacious Double Room in Shoreditch! Own Bathroom

I am looking for a couple to move into
this amazingly set up and located apartment by mid-late August. In Shoreditch/Hoxton border.

This place is amazing (I know, second time I've used amazing kind of), very spacious which makes it ideal for a couple as you have your own bedroom and bathroom to use, really big kitchen and very open plan living space, quite modern and too good to miss!

Here are the details for future tenant:
1x Spacious room with queen size bed, draws and cupboards included (aka furnished)
1x Bathroom (huge bathroom to yourself with a bath, shower and toilet and great natural lighting...hello saving of electricy bills)
Very spacious living and kitchen area
As stated before, nice wooden floor
Board so amazing for a good mop and sweep.
Furnished therefore couch, TV and table already here (if you have anything of your own you are more than welcome to bring it in).
Secure building with code or swipe card required to enter building.
Refurbished building so it is very modern, clean- no dampness!!

The bedroom is very spacious. Cupboards, draws and very comfortable bed!!! Located on Kingsland Road, right near Geffery Muesuem.

Transport/location:

5 minute walk to Hoxton Overground, 15/20 minute walk to Liverpool Street or 10/15 minute walk to Old street (depends how quick you walk)
I get quite distracted so can take me an extra 15 mins...Gym close by- such good rates!

Bus stop directly opposite apartments so really good when you need to travel at night as 242, 243 and 149 drop you right at the front, which means you can catch these buses from outside flat with a 1 minute walk from gate.

Situation: (getting deep)
My two flatmates are moving out in August and I need to fill their room. Ideally a couple is the position I am looking for as the rent will be too high split it two but open to anyone who is willing to take on more rent if this is what they need/see fit.. but couple is what I am looking for and who are happy to split the costs 3 ways.

A bit about me:
I am Australian, living in London. I am a make up artist who works full time for a luxury make up brand plus freelance. I am very easy going, down to earth, fun, bubbly and easy to live with. I love a tidy and clean place, love to cook and hang out and step out. I love having good company to live with. Love a glass of vino or a cup of coffee, love hommus and dip and you will see me going to The Grocery up the road (organic shop) to satisfy this craving. Love music and writing.. quite a creative Bee. I had a very lucky set up here, we were like family so I am looking for at least friendly people who can crack a smile that will do at least!! I do not have to live in your pocket...but once you see how good I can mop a floor.. I don't know.. I have a strong feeling you will probably want to be my mate. I am hoping to mirror that. You got yourself a really good catch with place, location and housemate. (sorry could not help myself)..what more could you want!!!

This place will require you to get on lease but it is flexible and no biggy.
I am looking more so for long term lease but nothing shorter than 6 months ideally, the landlord is super good with fixing things if need be. Generally everything is ok! Actually...it is perfect...a find like this is rare and will snap up quick!

There is a deposit which will be the bond money which is 6 weeks rent roughly, so that is why I did not specify...but I can calculate that for you if interested. That bond money will be reimbursed once you leave place.

Shoreditch area is amazing and quite the cool, hip and happening (if you are not familiar with it). Where the cool kids live. Lots of cafes, restaurants near by, great vibe! I can recommend you all my local coffee, brunch, lunch and dinner finds because I have food sorted always! (typical)

Bills/cost:

Bills roughly per person is about

I am looking for a couple to replace my current perfect situation but open to suggestion.

Rent is due 8th of month
Council tax 1st of every month
Internet about mid month
and that is that!

Electricity every second month.

Email me if interested, happy with budget of place, clean, tidy, like to pay bills on time and also if you take out your tea bag for you tea drinkers...I am not a tea bag 'left in mug' kind of woman. But hey...maybe I can compromise!
