Our housemate is moving in with his girlfriend and so this great sized double room in an ideally located, 4 person flat is going to be available starting 23rd July or possibly from the 1st August.

You'll share the flat with 2 girls and 1 other guy, who are all in their early 30's. They are looking for a friendly, tidy guy housemate (ideally late 20's - mid 30's), who will fit into the flat's laid back vibe (so no party animals need apply).

The house has a shared kitchen / living room, garden patio, and 2 bathrooms (one for the guys and one for the girls). Cleaning duties are shared and rotated among the flatmates - a mix of creative professionals and a solicitor.

The 3 storey house is on Kingsland Road, perfectly between Shoreditch and Dalston. Hoxton overground is around the corner and buses stop right in front for pretty much anywhere in london (242, 243, 394, 149 & 67)

There are cafes and shops across the corner, and a short walk to all the markets, bars & restaurants around.

The room includes:
Double bed
Bedside table
Large wardrobe with mirrors
Built in shelves

Rent: £655 pcm, all bills included except for the internet (split between 4 each month)

Contract start date: 23rd July (Though you can move in on 1st August if you like)

Deposit: 1 months rent due at contract signing.

Viewings: to be arranged for Thurs - 7. 30pm-9pm
