Double room with big living room and garden

Hi my name is Ania Im a London based dj/ producer .
Im looking for a new flat mate to take a room in a flat I'm going to move in in september . moving date will be 7 sept i think need to check that properly with the agency but my be cuple days later .

Price for room £650 + bills some bills as i will pay for some stuff personally . If youn not to tidy i will get a coiner and it will be on my cost so don't worry

OK . House can come furnish or unfurnished i haven't decided .. as i wont to make it super cool.. i do out a per of decks ..and speakers ... etc.

About me .
Iv been in london for 9 years . moving around now i want a nice hour hen i can have friends around BBQ and a odd partys so i can spin on my decks .. so you will have to be rely open minded ..
Im geting a kiiten as well so you will have to like cats

About You .
I don't care what you do until you can pay rent on time and bills .. you can work form home or have a full time out side job..
I hope you open minded and don't mind a odd party every so often but not in a week days .. I hope if you need to rest on weekend and i have a party you know hove to use earplugs and you dontr mind ..
Im looking for more somebody i can live with and go eat and have a glass of wine with or watch TV .. or go out then a person with will stay in the room .

Its a small double bed . it will hole double bed .. wordrow and bed side teble . so its not that big .. but i will get lots of storage in the house so the extras so don't worry about the space .room is really clean and nice ..
