2 double rooms in Shoreditch

Hi there,
We are looking for a nice, tidy and clean person or couple of friends to share our flat with.

Propriety:
This is a 3 bedroom flat at the 12th floor of a quiet block in Shoreditch. The bathroom is split In WC room and shower & basin in the other. The kitchen has almost all you need, including washing machine and dryer!

The rooms:
We have 2no spacious double bedrooms. The first will be available from the 3rd and the other from the 17th having both double bed and wardrobe.

Location:
It is situated in a absolutely incredible area: is literally in the middle of the hurricane of the East London clubs and events moreover there is not much noise in the closest neighborhood. You have all the amenities you need just around the corner, in any direction! =)

The propriety is at:

-4 minutes walking to Shoreditch High street station
-6 minutes walking to Hoxton station
-10 minutes walking to old street station
-12minutes walking to Liverpool street

The price is including all the bills but gas & electricity that will be split with the flatmates.
1 month deposit is required.
