Bright & Cozy Double room in the heart of Hoxton

This is a cozy little room in a fabulous location, right next to the famous Columbia Road Flower Market. You'd be staying with two professional women who like to spend time in the kitchen together, cooking, and having a friendly, family-like environment.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed, but no cabinets or closets. We don't have a living room but the kitchen is quite spacious and a nice place to hang out. There is also a enclosed communal garden area.

You'd have excellent transport connections:
0-5 minutes walk to Hoxton Station & Columbia Road Market
5-10 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street, Brick Lane, Bethnal Green, Broadway market

There is also a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat with the 26, 48, 55 to Tottenham Court Road, St Pauls and London Bridge

The flat is right next to Haggerston Park and a Sainsbury's Local and Co-operative Local pretty much on the doorstep.

The room is available from the 29th/30th of May to September 22nd as I am going home for the summer, so almost 4 months. It is £650 a month (pretty good for the area) with bills coming to about 70/month. We don't mind smokers but we don't smoke in the house.
