Double Room available in homey flat in Soho

Shared living room

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my current housemate/friend’s room who is moving out of London in July.

The flat is furnished apart from the bedroom you would be taking over which is unfurnished.

I have a sausage dog named Sedwig :) so must be keen on living with a dog.

There is a dishwasher and large fridge in the kitchen.

It’s a unique flat for soho as there are no bars or restaurants downstairs, so it’s quiet at night compared to the rest of the area.

Looking for someone who is keen on a friendly housemate setup, odd glass of wine together etc would be nice :)

I work in an office 3 days per week and am WFH (set up in the living room) the other 2 days a week

I am in the smaller room and my current housemate has a desk in her room (the one that is available) as it is larger.

Soho has a really nice community :) let me know if you’re interested in viewing the flat / meeting the dog and I.
