Blessed with good transport links and pleasant riverside walks , one is only ever a short journey to and from The West End or The City . The apartment is clean and well appointed with every convenience , including a 24-hour concierge service and an onsite gym . The landlord is friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to make my time at Parliament View a memorable one . I can highly recommend it .
