We have a great room available in a two-level flat with an amazing garden. Really cheap for the area. To share with four professionals - two guys, two girls - in their late 20s/30s. Looking for a female, minimum 24 years old.

We're looking for a sociable and fun person who's looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. While we're all busy, we also like to hang out whenever we're at home.

The room is cozy and comes fully furnished. The flat itself is big with plenty of common space, including one big living room and one downstairs lounge area. In addition, we have a big garden and BBQ patio.

The location is great - about 2 min walk to Finchley Road station and 5-7 min to West Hampstead. On the Jubilee and Metropolitan line, which both take you down quickly to central London. Also very good communications in general, with 24h buses and trains to Luton, Stanstead and Gatwick.

Rent is £475 (excluding bills). Bills are £100 and deposit is £300.

Available from 15th April.
