Good sized room in an awesome flat!

I'm leaving my wonderful flat to go travelling and so looking for someone awesome to take my room!

You'll be sharing with a lovely guy and girl (not a couple) who both work in media. We've all got busy social lives so hardly at home but when together, happy to chill in the living room and watch movies (bills include Netflix!).
We have a cleaner who visits twice a month but we keep the flat clean, always leaving communal areas tidy.

The flat is wonderfully located - under 10 mins walk from South Hampstead/Swiss Cottage/Kilburn High Road/Kilburn Park and a 20min bus (2 night buses) journey to Oxford Street so great transport links! The flat really is an excellent price for it's location! Bills come to around £120 per month.

The room is a good size and comes with a comfy double bed and wardrobe. I am happy to leave all other furniture for a price (perfect fitting shelve unit, chest of drawers, lamp, bedside table). You'll also only be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate. There is a large kitchen and living room too and it's very much a home than just somewhere to sleep so looking for a likeminded potential flatmate.
