Double room available in shared flat with 4 other tenants(3 girls and 1 guy). We prefer a guy, so there is a semi balance of genders in the flat, but all applications will be considered. Recently repainted with a double bed and huge wardrobe space. No pets, or couples, please. The flat has a kitchen, separate WC, bathroom and 4 rooms altogether and kitchen, -no sitting room. Very friendly flatmates, nice quiet and clean house. Some bills like water council tax and Internet are included in rent.
