2 beautiful parkview rooms single female safe area

This is for a single female preferably. All bills inc as well as fortnightly cleaner

I’m Susannah, a graphic designer and a single mother with two respectful teenage children.

Alessia is 18 at college, Sebby is 13 at school and stays with his dad every wed night and every other weekend. We have a black and white cat that is super affectionate!

Our 5 house is situated in zone 3 Southfields, which is a very safe, family orientated area. The tennis championships are held here every year.

There is a night bus that runs 24 hours from Trafalgar Square to the end of our road, Southfields tube station (District line) is five minutes up the road. All shops and Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

On the very top floor are the rooms I am renting out. One is a double bedroom £950 p/m. The other is a single bedroom £750 p/m, both share the shower room up there.

The single bedroom and a double bedroom both have beds, pillows, duvets, lights, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Our kitchen has everything you need. All bills included, our cleaner comes once every fortnight inc in price. Bedlinen and towels are not included.
