Hi there,

My flatmate is moving out on the 7th of July and so I'm looking for someone to take over her bedroom.

Flat:
- It's a lovely, spacious ground floor flat with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, ready for you to move in.
- It's a council building but the area is very safe and we also have helpful neighbours.
- All bills are included in the rent. We have a lovely landlady who's managing our flat directly (no agencies).

Location:
- 17 minutes waking distance from the Southfields station (district line)
- 10 minutes by bus to Putney (493)
- 10 minutes by bus to central Wimbledon (493)
- 15 minutes walking distance from the Wimbledon Park where you can play tennis

Your flatmate(s):
- Me, a 30 year old female professional, originally from Poland. Easy-going, tidy, respectful. I work from home 3 days a week. During weekends I'm usually out and about with friends.
- Nilla, my current flatmate's cat, who's going to live with us for a few months, and then my flatmate will take her back permanently. 🐈

You:
I'm looking for a female flatmate, who's also respectful, tidy and easy-going. Our flat is pet friendly, unfortunately you will need to wait for my current flatmate's cat to be gone first. She's very sweet with people but may not get on well with other pets.
