Two bedrooms in Spitalfields period home

1st bedroom: £950/month (single only)
2nd bedroom: £1,350/month (single) or £1,650/month (couple), bills not included. Move-in in august preferred, but somewhat flexible.

We are 3 housemates - Clotilde, Angie and Dominik - and have been living together since March 2021 and we're looking to replace two friends who move out into their newly acquired home.

We live in a large terraced house in Spitalfields. As its old, it comes with some quirks, but the benefits definitely outweigh those. Beautiful and large rooms, outdoor terrace, central location to only name a few :)

There are two rooms available and we look to rent them out separately, but if you're two friends who fit the vibe, that'd be an option.

We're a busy bunch and usually do lots of things individually, but also have a strong sense of community. We're all living together because we love living with people, and it's important that new joiners feel the same (and not just seek a more affordable option than living alone).
If you live here, expect a busy house and lots of shared lunches and dinners!

Also important:
- Move-in date July or August 2024 (flexible)
- Deposit: 1 month’s rent in advance
- Bills £150/month/per person including electricity, Internet, council tax (Band F) and weekly cleaner who cleans shared spaces only
- Our current lease runs until March 2025 and can be extended
