Stunning Spitalfields Flat

I'm looking for a housemate to fill a small but lovely & bright double bedroom (double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and shelves included).

The room is available from 1st April so ideally we could get someone to move in around then.

I own the flat so it feels very cosy and homely unlike most rental properties.

Our ideal flatmate would be independent, sociable and interesting. The flat doesn't have a television, so this place wouldn't suit a busy professional who wants to come home and sit in front of the TV every evening.

The flat is in a great location just off Brick Lane on Hanbury Street in Spitalfields, and is 6 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station, Shoreditch High Street and Aldgate East.

Currently living there is me (a photographer ) and a videographer.

The rent is £860 per month, which includes all bills, council tax, wifi, cleaner etc

I'd be happy to consider lowering the rent for someone who would only be staying on a Mon-Fri basis, or who travels a lot for work.
