Double room in King's Cross - SHORT TERM

We have a huge double room available in a mixed houseshare right across from St Pancras Station! The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and is available from January 26th to February 18th (3.5 weeks, can be a little flexible around dates)! The room costs £720 for the whole period which INCLUDES all bills (we even have a cleaning lady).
This is the perfect base if you are flathunting, as it will take you less than one minute to get on a bus or the underground!

It's a lovely terraced house with 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen/living room (with dishwasher), Sky TV and high-speed wifi. There's also a private patio in the back for barbecues.

Some info about us: We are British, German, Dutch, French, into cooking, sports, gigs, and like to go out together too (but we're not a party house). We also like to chill at home and watch series or host barbecues, and would enjoy having people around to share some banter and a glass of wine/beer with.

The location is excellent, King's Cross St. Pancras station is a 1-minute walk away, with good links to most underground lines and many buses (including night buses). Euston, Russel Square and Angel are all within a 10-minute walk away. The area is turning into a really cool place with lots of new restaurants, pubs and shops. There's also a bank, post office, supermarket etc within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as the Brunswick outdoor shopping centre.
