Double & King Size Rooms In Camden/Kings Cross

Hello,

2 persons are moving out of my flat (myself and my flatmate) and we are looking for people to replace us. Their are 2 rooms: double room available the 8th of august and the 2nd room king size (used to be the living room) available from the 25th of August.

Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage space. The flat is very well located, in central London, same distance from camden station and kings cross st Pancras (eurostar station) 10 min walk, and a closer station is Mornington crescent, 10min walk. There are lot's of shops and supermarket on Camden high street literally 5min away. bus stops are close and lots of buses to central London in 20min.

The flat is a 3 bedrooms flat (no living room unfortunately as said before but a nice balcony). we were 3 girls so there is one who will remain in the flat, a french girl called Juliette, really friendly and very sociable ;). The kitchen is fully furnished and there's also a washing machine/dryer. and of course there's the bathroom.

The price is £165 per week for the king size room and £150 per week for the double room. no bills are included but we dont pay the gas which is a massive plus especially during winter.

The deposit is 6weeks rent per room.
