Room in 3 bed house with 2 20 somethings

Our housemate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone new to join our three bed house!

Overview:
It's an incredibly cosy place to live on a residential street, and is well connected to the city. Limehouse - for DLR and c2c services - is the closest station, which is a 5 min walk (under 2 mins if you run). Stepney Green tube is also a 10 min walk, with a number of buses available from the main road too.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, shared living room and a great garden for the warmer weather. The landlord (and us) allow pets, so while we don't have any currently, feel free to bring them along!

The Room:
The room is a well-sized double with floorboards and furnishings for £835 per month plus bills (water, electricity, heating, WiFi etc.) which comes up to about £120 per month. It’s situated on the ground floor at the front of the house.

Local Amenities:
We have a local Sainsburys at the end of the road, as well as a number of other local supermarkets and weekend markets. There's also a large Sainsburys and Lidl within a 15 min walk.

It's 10 mins from Queen Mary University and has a bunch of great cafes, restuarants and cinemas nearby; for pubs, The Old Ship, Craft Beer Co. and The Grapes are some nice local ones, just to name a few (although Craft Beer seems to be our favourite!).

The canals from Limehouse Basin, as well as parks such as Victoria park offer some very pleasant routes for walking/running/cycling/whatever your thing is, which can be rare for areas of Central London.

About Us:
I work in finance as a transformation analyst, and do a mixture of office and WFH. If i’m not working i’m usually travelling, playing padel or at the pub.

Jess is a software engineer. She enjoys running and martial arts, as well as some (very) casual gaming, or dabbling in whatever holds my interest for that moment in time.

Who We're Looking For:
We're both relatively tidy people and would like our joining housemate to hold similar standards.

Ideally we're also looking for a laid back person of a similar age. We're keen to hangout when possible and would love our third housmate to join us on occasions, but we're respectful of each other's space too.
