Double Room with Bills, Garden, near tube station

Lovely spacious double room available in Stepney Green as one of our roommates is moving out and we're looking for a replacement.

The house is located 3 mins from Stepney Green (District, Hammersmith and City Line) station and 15 mins from Limehouse DLR station. And 10 mins to eithe Mile End (Central Line) or Whitechapel (District, Hammersith and City Line, Elizabeth Line and Overground). We also have a D6/309 bus route at our doorstop - so for travel, your spoilt for choice! This is in a great location!

Lovely area filled with parks and lots of food - fast food, restaurants (Turkish, Chinese, Thai, Indian and more). A theres a lovely canal for those who love walks along nature or even closer park.

We all are very friendly and relaxed people. We all tend to live our own lives but happy to have a chat in the kitchen or watch the occasional movie together.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with the basics like plates, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also an air fryer/pressure cooker and a very high tech microwave. There is also a washer/dryer and space to hang your clothes inside. You will also have access to the garden and can use the BBQ. The bathroom is shared between 4 people and there is a small toilet downstairs as well.

There's no requirement for a deposit, but we do require 2 months worth of rent in advance.
